Current status and operator disclosure

Membership applications and private community spaces are not active. The operator name will appear here only after the operating details and final policy review are complete.

Purposes and minimum data

When membership starts, SynapBridge will process a Google account identifier, contact email, nickname, application type, and accepted policy version and time for account verification and access control.

General members will not be asked for professional history or sensitive family information. Additional collaborator information will be limited to self-described contribution areas and optional public profile links.

Authentication and processing locations

Google sign-in is used only for identity. SynapBridge will not request Drive, Gmail, contacts, or store Google access and refresh tokens.

Authentication and infrastructure providers may process limited data. Their names, countries, and transfer basis will be published before membership activation.

Retention and rights

Provisional periods are: pending applications until decision or withdrawal, rejected application prose and verification URLs for 90 days, and active accounts until withdrawal. Withdrawn account data is intended to be deleted or irreversibly anonymized within 30 days.

Members may request access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, export, and review of an approval or moderation decision. Final periods and exceptions require legal review for the operating locations.

Cookies and security records

A secure cookie will maintain the session. Limited security events may be retained for access control and abuse response, but email, application prose, and private post bodies will not be placed in analytics logs.
