Membership And Approval Guide
How general members and collaborators will apply and receive scoped access.
General membership
People who want to read and participate in the member community may apply as general members. Professional history and a long application essay are not required.
Collaborators
Collaborators may select SynapBridge Core, SynapBridge Life, or both and describe their motivation, interests, intended work, and possible contribution.
Development and AI applicants may optionally share GitHub or a personal site. Research applicants may optionally share ORCID, an institutional page, a laboratory page, or an author profile. Caregivers and individual contributors may describe how they can help with usability, accessibility, record design, or community operation.
Approval and access
Approval does not endorse a qualification or professional opinion. Core and Life access are granted independently and access changes on the next request when a role changes.
